UPDATE | U.S. Marshals nab man sought for rape of Campbell woman

CAMPBELL — U.S. Marshals have apprehended a man sought in connection with the rape of a Campbell woman rape in Baltimore.

According to police, a 30-year-old victim told police that Elijah Lashley Sr., 33, of Campbell allegedly choked her until she was no longer conscious at a residence on Coitsville Road. She found herself restrained to a bed.

She said Lashley repeatedly raped her throughout the night, and threaten to kill her and burn the house down.

The victim was released from the hospital Wednesday afternoon, police said.
