Mouthy man talks his way into an arrest

YOUNGSTOWN — Police arrested a West Side man after he continually swore at them about 12 p.m. Tuesday.

Reports said David L. Cochran Jr., 19, was filming officers with his phone as he was swearing at them but they just told Cochran to have a nice day.

He was arrested after his yelling attracted the attention of several people in the neighborhood and he ignored requests to calm down, reports said.

Reports said officers were initially called to the street because Miller's mother locked him out of the house, reports said.
