Police ID man found in car on city's South Side on Saturday

YOUNGSTOWN — A body found in a car on the South Side has been identified.

Police say the person found in the car Saturday morning at Belleview and Ellenwood avenues is Ramon Deshun Kimbrough, 38, of Struthers.

Chief of Detectives Capt. Brad Blackburn said there are no obvious signs of foul play on Kimbrough’s body, but he is awaiting an autopsy from the Mahoning County Coroner’s Office to determine how he died.
