ODOT set to resurface some Columbiana County roads

Work is expected to being June 8 to resurface sections of state Routes 164 and 644 in Carroll, Columbiana and Jefferson counties.

State Route 164 will be resurfaced from Bergholz’s north corp. line through Salineville and state Route 644 will be resurfaced north of Salineville’s corporation.

Ohio Department of Transportation’s contractor for this $2.7 million project is Shelly and Sands Inc. from Rayland, Ohio, and the completion date is Sept. 30.
