Poland police arrest man after accident on Bedford Road

POLAND — A Lowellville man faces an impaired driving charge after an accident on Bedford Road.

Richard Dunlap, 51, of Villa Marie Road, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired and cited for failure to comply after the incident late Thursday.

He was issued a summons to appear in Struthers Municipal Court on Monday.
