Warren police seek missing teen Alesha Bell

WARREN

The Warren Police Department has issued a missing persons bulletin for Alesha Bell, 18, who has been missing since July 23.

She was last seen walking at 5 p.m. July 23 on Southwest Boulevard Northwest.

Bell is a black female with black hair and brown eyes, 5-feet-1 and 115 pounds.

She was last seen wearing burgundy and black leggings, a black, white and burgundy flannel shirt, brown sandals and was carrying a brown purse.
