Library plans Super Palooza

SALEM

Salem Public Library, 821 E. State St., and Salem Parks and Recreation have planned a Super Palooza event for children and their families from 2 to 5 p.m. Aug. 15 at the library and Salem Memorial Building, 785 E. State St.

The event will include face painting, games, story times, superheroes, crafts, treats and prizes.

Children also can have their picture taken with a superhero.

The evening is free and open to the public.

Take friends and family. Registration is not required.
