Downtown Youngstown streets closed for Greater Youngstown Itailian Festival

YOUNGSTOWN — Several downtown streets are closed because of the Greater Youngstown Italian Festival.

The streets will reopen at 5 a.m. Monday. They were closed at 3 a.m. today.

Closed are Federal Street from Phelps Street to South Avenue/Commerce Street as well as Boardman to Commerce streets on Federal, Market, Champion and Walnut streets.

The festival is open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Sunday, and from 2 to 11 p.m. Saturday.
