Volunteers needed to move equipment to new site of South Side Academy

YOUNGSTOWN — South Side Academy, formerly located on Market Street, is ready to occupy its new location at the former St. Patrick School on Oak Hill Avenue.

Academy officials said they have a need for volunteers to help move all the equipment/school supplies out of storage Thursday. They will be at the storage unit at 8 a.m. to begin loading moving vans. The storage unit is at Uncle Bob’s Storage, 3690 LeHarps Drive, Austintown, off Meridian Road.
