St. Rose Church has Food Taste tickets

GIRARD

St. Rose Church, 48 E. Main St., is selling advance tickets at the rectory for its Food Taste, to take place from 5 to 9 p.m. Aug. 15 in the school gym.

Tickets cost $5, which covers four tastes and a hot dog.

The event will feature Cocca’s Pizza, Margherita’s Grille, Marco’s Pizza and Kathleen’s Classics. Other food also will be sold.

A basket raffle, games, face painting, clowns, Mary Kay cosmetics, jewelry and Moe’s Private Reserve (fine spices) also will be featured.

A summer raffle will provide the chance to win $5,000, $3,000, $1,000 or a 60-inch flat-screen television.
