Campbell man faces drug charge after traffic stop

CAMPBELL — A traffic stop early Tuesday morning led to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

A police report states that an officer stopped Francisco Serrano, Jr., 41, of Campbell at Courtland Avenue and Gladstone Street for speeding and found a tube with suspected marijuana residue in his vehicle.

Serrano will be arraigned on Tuesday, Aug. 4 in Campbell Municipal Court.
