Beerfest is set for Covelli Centre on Aug. 15

YOUNGSTOWN — Beerfest returns to Covelli Centre Aug. 15, with 18 breweries offering seven or eight beers each. This is the third year for the event, which benefits the Rich Center for Autism.

The general session is from 2-6 p.m., and tickets are $35. VIP tickets are available for $55, which include a special session from noon to 2 p.m. Designated driver tickets are $10.

New this year is a closing concert featuring 20 Ride, a Zac Brown tribute band. Concert-only tickets are $10.

Beerfest will also include entertainment throughout the day and vendors offering merchandise and food.
