Tase me bro: Man shocked twice by Campbell police after begging for it

CAMPBELL — Police arrested Carl Flesher, 35, of Campbell on Sunday for aggravated menacing, disrupting public service, obstructing official business and resisting arrest. Police said Flesher called 911 to say he would start shooting people if police did not arrive at his Devitt Avenue residence.

Once police arrived, the report states that Flesher used expletives and repeatedly yelled "tase me." According to the report, after issuing warnings each time, Officer Eric Manning stunned Flesher twice with an electric device.

Officers then handcuffed Flesher and transported him to the Mahoning County Justice Center where he will be held without bond until his arraignment Tuesday in Campbell Municipal Court.
