REAL ESTATE

Michael Teutsch Jr. of Canfield has joined Real Living Volpini Realty Group as its latest associate. Teutsch earned his real-estate license from Youngstown State University Metro College. He has worked as an insurance adjuster and owned Westgate Pizza. He has previously worked in real estate with Metro Realty. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors and the Youngstown Columbiana Association of Realtors. Teutsch is head trustee of the Youngstown Saxon Club and was chosen as Man of the Year for the club in 2013.

BANKING

Kelcie Witmer of Canfield and Luke Schuster of Poland have joined Farmers National Banc Corp. as its latest new officers.

Witmer has been named vice president – trust officer, personal trust administrator II for Farmers Trust Co. Witmer is a graduate of YSU’s William College of Business Administration. She is pursuing a master’s degree in organizational leadership. Witmer is credentialed as both a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner Æ, and recently obtained an additional certification as a personal finance specialist.

Schuster has been named Farmers National Bank’s mortgage sales manager. He has a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Westminster College. Before Farmers, Schuster was a mortgage loan originator for Howard Hanna Mortgage Department.

CHAMBER

The Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber Board of Directors appointed three new members who will take their seats later this month.

The new members are Lance Grahn, dean and chief administrative officer for Kent State University at Trumbull; John Walsh, chief executive officer of ValleyCare Trumbull Memorial Hospital; and Mark Wenick, executive managing director and region president of the Mahoning Valley for Talmer Bank and Trust.

Grahn previously served as professor, provost and vice president of academic affairs at the University of Central Arkansas.

Walsh has been with TMH since May 2013. He has degrees from the University of Toledo, Georgia State University and Kennesaw State University and has 15 years of experience in hospital administration.

Wenick has served in the banking industry since 1981. He is a graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law and Columbia University.

ACCOUNTING

Deborah M. Remias of Austintown is a partner of Bodine Perry LLC, which offers auditing, tax and business advisory services. She received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Mount Union College in 1981. Upon graduating, she accepted a position with a local accounting firm, where she became a partner in 1991, which merged with Bodine Perry in 2005. Remias has more than 30 years of experience and a strong background in auditing and corporate, individual and partnership taxation. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.
