Arraignments underway for heroin ring suspects

YOUNGSTOWN — Arraignments are underway in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court for those who were indicted last week for being part of a heroin ring.

Of the 37 indicted last week, 27 are in custody.

Bonds of $250,000 have been issued for those who authorities say are the leaders of the ring.
