Streets closed for Mount Carmel Festival in Youngstown

YOUNGSTOWN — Mount Carmel Avenue at Watt Street and East Wood Street at Watt will be closed at 10 a.m. today through noon Monday to accommodate traffic for the annual Our Lady of Mount Carmel festival.
