Pa. man arraigned on charges of rape and sexual assault of a 17-year-old girl


MERCER, PA.

A Stoneboro, Pa., man, 20, arraigned on charges of rape and sexual assault of a 17-year-old girl, is being held in Mercer County jail on a secured bond, according to a Pennsylvania State Police, Mercer, report.

James Duane Baker-Myers, 20, is also charged with aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors, indecent assault and indecent exposure in connection with the incident that occurred between 9 and 10 p.m. Sunday along an abandoned railroad grade between the baseball fields in Stoneboro and Stoneboro Lateral Road in Stoneboro Borough, police said.
