Struthers arrest man on drug charges after traffic stop

STRUTHERS — A traffic stop Monday at Walnut Street and Elm Street led to an arrest of a man on charges of possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.

A police report states that Timothy Valley, 31, of Youngstown had suspected marijuana and a grinder with suspected marijuana residue in his vehicle.

He will be arraigned Wednesday in Struthers Municipal Court.
