St. Vitus festival set for Aug. 5 through 8
NEW CASTLE, PA.
St. Vitus Church, 910 S. Mercer St., will have its 33rd annual festival beginning at 6 p.m. Aug. 5 through 8 on the church grounds.
Admission is free.
The event will feature homemade food such as cavatelli, pasta fagioli, nightly Italian specials, pepperoni puffs, chicken or lamb on the rod and more.
There will be rides for kids, games and concessions.
Italian-American entertainment will be a nightly feature, including Baby Doll Dance at 9 p.m. Thursday. Fireworks are scheduled for 10:30 p.m. Saturday.
