Hubbard police investigate rape allegation

HUBBARD — Police are investigating allegations of rape reported on July 2.

A 28-year old Hubbard woman reported that a man had raped her three times in her apartment between June 28 and July 1.

A police report states that the suspect, who has not yet been charged, is also under investigation for two active sexual assault reports from the Salem police department and that he is a registered sex offender due to an incident when he was a juvenile.
