MCCTC adult career center hosts open house Tuesday

CANFIELD — The Adult Career Center at Mahoning County Career and Technical Center is hosting an open house at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the school, 7300 N. Palmyra Road.

Those attending will tour the school, meet the instructors and learn more about career certificate training programs.

With hands-on training and industry certifications, instructors prepare people for a variety of careers, including machining, welding, medical, culinary and firefighting. Financial aid is available to those who qualify.
