Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine’s office released the names and charges for nine of the 11 people arrested for prostitution-related charges conducted at a local hotel Wednesday night.

Seven of them were charged with soliciting prostitution. They are: Constance Adams, 25, of Youngstown; Tara Elkins, 29, of Warren; Ashley Stiles, 24, of Youngstown; Brianna Reno, 21, of Niles; Valerie Stewart, 29, of Girard; Latoya Blackmon, 29, of Warren; and Traci Barber, 30, of Warren.

Aaron Clark, 27, of Warren, was charged with promoting prostitution, and Christopher Martin, 23, of Youngstown, was charged with child endangering.

The AG’s office did not provide information on the other two people.

The operation was conducted by the DeWine’s office, Austintown Police Department, Mahoning County Law Enforcement Task Force, Mahoning County Sheriff’s Office and Mahoning County Prosecutor’s Office to target prostitution and child solicitation and look for evidence of human trafficking.

Charles Jaminet, 31, of Boardman was also arrested Wednesday night on a felony importuning charge. He reportedly solicited sexual activity from an undercover agent from DeWine’s Crimes Against Children Unit online, who posed as an underage female at an area hotel,

His case was unrelated to eleven people arrested on prostitution charges.
