O'Neill-Runser engagement is announced

BALTIMORE

Brooke O’Neill is announcing her engagement and upcoming wedding to Seth Runser. The couple live in Baltimore.

She is the daughter of Sharon and Gerald Arnal of Boardman. Mr. Runser is the son of Beth Runser of Canal Fulton, Ohio, and Jeffrey Runser of North Lawrence, Ohio.

Gervasi Vineyard in Canton will be the setting for a 5:30 p.m. ceremony and reception to follow on Sept. 5. Invitations will be issued for the events.

The bride-elect earned a master’s degree in education with a focus in clinical counseling from Youngstown State University. She is a clinical senior representative at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore.

The prospective groom earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Kent State University. He is a branch manager with ABF Freight in Baltimore.
