Two Youngstown firefighters hurt while battling arson

YOUNGSTOWN

Two firefighters were slightly injured while battling a blaze at a vacant 48 E. Delason Ave. home about 2:40 p.m. Tuesday.

Reports said when crews arrived they found a fire coming from the attic when they arrived.

One firefighter twisted his knee and the other had blisters from heat, reports said.

Damage is listed at $5,000. The cause is listed as arson.
