Mahoning Valley Historical Society will feature its next Bites and Bits of History lunch program at noon Thursday at the Tyler Mahoning Valley History Center, 325 W. Federal St.

Patricia Scarmuzzi, curator of collections at the National McKinley Birthplace Museum, will present the program.
