Struthers police arrest city man in shoplifting case

STRUTHERS — Police arrested Aaron Munger, 30, of Youngstown for shoplifting $34 of items from Family Dollar on Youngstown-Poland Road.

He will be arraigned on Wednesday in Struthers Municipal Court.
