Officials probe death of 23-year-old Boardman man

STRUTHERS — The Mahoning County Coroner's Office and Detectives Jeff Lewis and Emma Brenoel are investigating the death of Ryan Giambattista, 23, of Boardman.

Officers found Giambattista dead at the PL&E rail yard on Broad Street on Saturday. Officials are investigating whether Giambattista died from a fall, Police Chief Tim Roddy said.

The coroner's office declined to release further information, citing an ongoing investigation.
