Hubbard police investigating who threw rocks on city street

HUBBARD — City police are investigating the accidental dumping of large rocks on North Main Street about 6:30 p.m. today.

Police received reports of rocks strewn on the road from the Square to Park Avenue. According to the Trumbull County 911 dispatcher, no injuries were reported, but the rocks damaged a couple of vehicles. The road was cleared of debris by 9:15 p.m.
