Bobbie Ann Dunn of Girard and Gerald A. Bensinger of Hubbard were married Dec. 16 at Garden of the Gods. Nathan McBride officiated at the 3:45 p.m. ceremony. A reception followed at The Broadmoor.

The couple honeymooned in Maui, Hawaii, and reside in Hubbard.

The parents of the bride and groom, Janet and Robert Dunn and Delbert and Hannah Bensinger, are deceased.

The bride wore a white gown featuring a sweetheart neckline and adorned with crystals and sequins. Her veil was embellished with Swarovski crystals in a poinsettia pattern.

Paula McBride was matron of honor and wore a purple and lavender dress.

The best man was John Bentley.

Mrs. Bensinger graduated from Youngstown State University and received bachelor’s degrees in urban community development and social work and a master’s degree in social work. She is a licensed social worker and an instructor at YSU.

The groom also graduated from YSU with a bachelor’s degree in art. He is self-employed in Youngstown.
