v Summer Festival of the Arts, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.: Live performances and more than 75 artists on the campus of Youngstown State University.
v Downtown Jazz Festival, 6 p.m.: Paul Taylor, with opener Jeff Green’s Jazz in the Park All-Stars ($10), in concert on Central Square in downtown Youngstown, after the Summer Festival of the Arts closes.
v Greek Summerfest, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.: If you’re looking for some baklava, the place to go is St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, 220 N. Walnut St. (near Choffin Center), Youngstown, which is a short stroll from the Summer Festival of the Arts.
v Wayofest, noon to 11 p.m.: About two dozen local rock bands, including Kitchen Knife Conspiracy, will perform at this all-day free music festival in Dave Grohl Alley, Warren.
v New Castle Fireworks Festival, 4 to 10 p.m.: Anything that Floats boats will launch at 7 p.m., with fireworks at 10 p.m. The annual festival is in downtown New Castle, Pa.
“7 Days in Hell” (10 p.m., HBO): Andy Samberg and Kit Harington serve up lots of laughs in “7 Days in Hell.” It’s a sports mockumentary about two tennis titans who lock up in an epic Wimbledon match, with cameos by Serena Williams, John McEnroe and Chris Evert.
“Untold Stories of the E.R.,” (10 p.m., TLC): Tonight’s installment focuses on people who were impaled.
