CANFIELD

June 30

Drug abuse: Police arrested Maribeth Ensign, 51, of Palmyra Road, North Jackson, on charges of drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia.

July 1

Warrant: Alyssa Snell, 23, of Vienna Woods Avenue, surrendered to police on a Mayor’s Court warrant for failure to appear.

Warrant: Michael Bartell, 18, of Melbourne Avenue, Boardman, surrendered to police on a Mayor’s Court warrant for failure to appear.

July 2

Drugs: Police arrested Jesse Aczel, 20, of West Calla Road, Canfield, on charges of drug possession-marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

July 3

Citation: Police cited Heidi Davis, 43, of Hickory Hollow, Canfield, for having a dog running loose in the neighborhood.

Drug possession: Police arrested Gabriel Trivellas, 30, of Brooklyn, N.Y., on charges of drug possession. He was a passenger in a vehicle police stopped for traffic violations.

July 5

Warrant: Police arrested Gena Wade, 36, of Courtney Road, Beloit, on a Mayor’s Court warrant for failure to appear.

June 29

Breaking and entering: Tools were stolen and pawned after thieves broke into Bits, Bytes and Pieces, 3710 Mahoning Ave.

Domestic violence: Police arrested Jennifer Vance, 23, of North Beverly Avenue, on a charge of domestic violence.

Theft: A woman reported her wallet was taken and a credit card was used at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Identity theft: A fraudulent tax return was filed in a case of identity theft for a person at a home in the 200 block of North Roanoke Avenue.

Theft: A Samsung Galaxy Note 4 phone was stolen at G&G Wireless, 5625 Mahoning Ave.

June 30

Obstructing official business: Police issued a summons to Aaron Wright, 28, of East Lucius Avenue, Youngstown, on charges of obstructing official business. Police arrested him on a warrant for aggravated menacing and retaliation.

Drug offense: Police issued a summons Jeffrey Martel, 25, of Glenwood Avenue, Youngstown, on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Drug offense: Police issued a summons to Alex Tirado, 19, of Compass West, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Warrant: Police arrested Apostolas Dovas, 33, of South Raccoon Road, on warrants for drug abuse of heroin, inducing panic, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drug-abuse instruments.

July 1

Warrant: Police arrested Daniel Farah,29, of Bexley Drive, on a domestic-violence charge.

Theft: Pills were stolen from an auto parked at Davidson’s, 3636 Canfield Road.

Theft: Jewelry was stolen from a home in the 100 block of Idlewood Road.

Criminal damaging: A trailer was damaged at Uncle Bob’s Self-storage, 3690 LeHarps Road.

Criminal damaging: A rear window of a vehicle was broken out. The vehicle was parked at a home in the 70 block of Parkgate Avenue.

July 2

Warrant: Police arrested Derreka Karnina Lynn Clinkscale 30, of Moherman Avenue, Youngstown, on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a theft charge.

Fraud: An ex-girlfriend tried using her ex-boyfriend’s medical insurance. The report came from a resident at a home in the 4000 block of Claridge Drive.

Patient abuse: A suspect is accused in the abuse of a 92-year-old resident at Humility House, 755 Ohltown Road.

July 3

Drug offense: Police issued a summons to Lennie McGeachy, 21, of Ferdinand Road, Youngstown, for possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

Domestic violence: Police arrested Gene Ruble,46, of Westminster Avenue, on a charge of domestic violence.

Lost or stolen property: A women’s wallet was lost or stolen at Hana Japanese Restaurant, 4777 Mahoning Ave.

Warrant: Police arrested Anthony DiMuzio, 54, of Harding Ave., Mineral Ridge, on a warrant for assault.

Theft: Two juveniles were caught stealing at Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: Police arrested Nicholas Molina, 27, of East Ravenwood Avenue, Youngstown, on theft and drug- possession charges. Police accused him of taking a pair of men’s slippers, valued at $14.95, which he put on in the store, and drug possession.

Theft: Police arrested Daniel Bell, 23, of Tyrell Street, Youngstown, on a theft charge. Police accused him of taking merchandise from Walmart.

July 4

Breaking and entering: A window was damaged and a grill taken at Big Lots, 4341 Kirk Road.

Theft: Police arrested John Euler, 36, of Oak Circle, Warren, on a theft charge. Police accused him of taking $166.53 in merchandise from Walmart.

Theft: Police arrested Angelica Clinkscale, 20, of Tracey Lane, Youngstown, on a summons for theft, and Raneisha Martin, 19, of Cleveland Street, Youngstown, also on a summons for theft. Police accused them of taking $21.22 in food from Walmart.

Weapons offense: Police arrested Davonte Winlock, 21, of East Myrtle Avenue, Youngstown, for a weapons offense and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.

July 5

Arrest: Police arrested Jerome Carter, 28, of Nelson Avenue, Youngstown, on a charge of obstructing justice.

Domestic violence: Police arrested Michael Capito, 35, of Burkey Road, on a domestic-violence charge.

Breaking and entering: A lawn mower and gas can were stolen in a burglary at a home in the 4000 block of New Road.

Criminal trespassing: Police issued a summons to Romeo Latesa, 57, of Mahoning Avenue, on a charge of criminal trespassing at Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.

Telecommunications harassment: There is a suspect in harassment at a home in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.

Criminal damaging: Damage to a vehicle was reported at Giant Eagle, 5220 Mahoning Ave.
