Mahoning County OVI sets up 2 checkpoints tonight, Saturday a.m.

AUSTINTOWN — The Mahoning County Operating a Vehicle Impaired Task Force will conduct two checkpoints in the township tonight and Saturday.

The first checkpoint will be from 10 p.m. to midnight at St. Joseph Church, 4545 New Road. Then the OVI task force will have a second checkpoint at 4477 Mahoning Ave. from 1 to 3 a.m. Saturday.

Saturation patrols will be conducted by participating agencies in various parts of the county throughout the weekend.
