Poland schools to get $7 million
POLAND
The Ohio School Facilities Commission today approved more than $193 million in state funding for school construction projects, including $7,143,557 for the Poland School District.
The Poland Board of Education previously had decided to participate in the state program that helps district build new facilities. The school district’s share of the estimated cost to build new K-fifth grade and sixth-eighth grade buildings is $30,454,109.
The school district is asking voters to approve a bond issue in November.
