Traffic stop reveals drug paraphernalia, child endangering

A traffic stop Tuesday at Coitsville Road and 13th Street led to two arrests for possession of drug paraphernalia. Officers located a syringe and a glass bong with suspected marijuana residue in the vehicle, according to a police report. The vehicle's passenger, Matthew Suisi, 27, of New Castle, Pa. also turned over a crack pipe that was in his pocket, the report states.

Police arrested Suisi for possession of drug paraphernalia and arrested the vehicle's driver, Renee Archibald, 30, of New Castle, Pa. for possession of drug paraphernalia, drug abuse instruments, speeding and endangering children due to presence of a 9-year old in the vehicle. Suisi and Archibald will be arraigned Friday in Campbell Municipal Court.
