Reduced admission at Arms museum, Tyler history center

In celebration of Summer Festival of the Arts at Youngstown State University, the Arms Family Museum, 648 Wick Ave., and the Tyler Mahoning Valley History Center, 325 W. Federal St., will offer buy one-get one free admission Saturday and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m.
