Please keep foreign cars out of all-American Fourth of July parades

This past Saturday I attended the Fourth of July parade in Canfield. And, like most parades, it was all about patriotism, the red, white and blue, etc.

One vehicle in the parade was in remembrance of the Korean War veterans and also listed the casualties of previous wars. There was even a life-size model of a Korean War vet.

But what brand of vehicle was used for this display? Not an American vehicle but a Nissan!

Now I know the popular argument is that these vehicles are made in America with American workers, but ultimately where does the profit go?

It goes to Japan, Korea or some other foreign country and not to America.

Why do Americans want to profit a foreign country when there are three major American automobile manufacturers who build absolutely wonderful cars with all the latest in technology?
