Arraignment for man accused of firing at juveniles

Marcus Powell, 45, of Campbell was arraigned today on charges of felonious assault, felon in possession of a weapon, assault and discharging a firearm. Powell is accused of firing a handgun at a group of juveniles who were fighting on Chambers Street Friday.

A plea of not guilty was entered for all misdemeanors. Powell is due in Campbell Municipal Court for a pretrial hearing on Friday. His bond was set at $18,450.
