Stacey Platz, Joseph McHenry to exchange vows

Stacey Platz of Poland and Joseph McHenry of Twinsburg, Ohio, are engaged and planning a Sept. 19 wedding, their parents are announcing.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Steve Platz of Poland and the late Kathy Platz. The prospective groom is the son of Joe and Bonny McHenry of Austintown.

The couple will exchange vows at 1:30 p.m. at Holy Family Church in Poland. A reception will follow at Avion on the Water in Canfield. Invitations will be issued for the events.

The future bride attended Bowling Green State University. She studied managing cosmetology at Casal Aveda Institute and works as a managing cosmetologist at Serenity Salon and Day Spa in Poland.

Mr. McHenry earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and information systems from Kent State University. He is a sales representative for Superior Beverage Group in Glenwillow, Ohio.
