SENIOR CITIZENS

Canfield AARP 3104 will meet for a luncheon at 1 p.m. Monday at A La Cart Catering in Canfield. The next regular meeting will be at 1 p.m. Aug. 3 at Canfield Presbyterian Church. Sept. 16 will feature a bus trip to Pittsburgh for tours of Frick Art and Historical Center and a Just Ducky Tour of Pittsburgh including lunch at the Grand Concourse at Station Square. Nov. 10 and 11 will feature a trip for two shows, “Miracle of Christmas” and “Deck the Halls” and includes overnight accommodations, baggage handling, gratuities etc. Call 330-332-4791. The next board meeting will be in August.

Police and Fire Retirees of Ohio, District 2, Chapter 10, will have its annual summer picnic at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at the Austintown Senior Center, 112 Westchester Drive. Take a casserole or dessert of your choice and table service. A meat dish, bottled water and coffee will be provided.

Saxon Club Retirees will meet at noon Thursday at 710 S. Meridian Road, Youngstown. A luncheon will feature barbecue chicken, macaroni salad, baked beans, fresh fruit and dessert.

SOAR 27-2 and 27-6, Steelworkers Retirees Local Union 1330 and 1331, will meet at 1 p.m. Monday at Smith Corners United Methodist Church, 3000 S. Niles-Canfield Road. Refreshments will be served, and new members are welcome.
