Zach Senchak picked up the win by pitching the final six innings as DuraEdge evened the best-of-three series. JT Wolke suffered the loss. Senchak had two hits and scored three runs. Garrett Barta had two hits, one RBI and scored a run while Dean Lauer contributed a RBI single. Dylan Kurcon contributed a hit and a run. For Rudzik, Anthony Cinicola had two hits and a run. Noah Rinker hit a two-run single while Zack Campbell and Bob Toth each contributed a hit and a run.

Rudzik Excavating 6, DuraEdge 5

Noah Rinker picked up the win as Rudzik won the series. Bobby Toth recorded the final six outs to earn the save. Ryan Housteau suffered the loss. Stilliana led the Rudzik attack with two hits, including a two-run double. He also scored twice. Cinicola had two hits and one RBI, Wolke slugged two hits and scored a run, and Campbell hit the game-winning two-run single. Bryce James hit an RBI single while Jake Gherardi added a hit and a run. Bobby Mackovick headed the DuraEdge offense with two hits, including a double, an RBI and a run scored. Dylan Kurcon slugged two hits and drove in a run. Garrison Weiland’s two hits included a double. Aidan Thompson contributed a hit, a run, and RBI. Nick Sabrin had a hit and scored a run.

Creekside Fitness 7, Ohio Glaciers 4

Creekside Fitness scored four times in the sixth inning to secure the win. Scott Sada earned the pitching victory by tossing the final three innings. Pat Carano took the loss. Sada led Creekside with two hits, including a RBI double. He also scored a run. Chase Thurber slugged a two-run single while Tanner Stanz added a RBI single. Brady Minette had a hit and scored twice while Bill Krull contributed a hit and a run. For the Glaciers, Demetrius Haskins lhad three hits , one RBI and one run scored. Mark Clause doubled and scored twice.

Creekside Fitness 7, Baird Brothers 0

Brock Balderson scattered four hits in a complete-game shutout while striking out four and walking only one. Greg Dunham took the loss, striking out four and walking three. Brady Minetti had two hits, two runs and one RBI for Creekside. MitchellWood hit a two-run double, Bill Krull had a hit and scored a run, and Brandon Kohan scored and drove in a run. For Baird, Christian Fedko and Adam Ballish each doubled.

14U Playoffs

Rizor Group 12, Ohio Glaciers 2

Rizor Group scored seven runs in the third inning for a 1-0 lead in the best-of-three series. Brian Shevitz tossed a complete game for Rizor, giving up two runs on four hits, while walking four and striking out one. Mason Rose took the loss for the Glaciers. Will Shaffer‘s two hits included a double. He also had three RBIs and two runs. Braedon O’Shaughnessy had two hits, two runs and one RBI while Dom Pilolli added two hits and two RBIs. Jaxon Anderson and Dom Wade both had a hit, one RBI and two runs scored while Evan McCrensky added a run and one RBI. Matt Senchak added a hit, one RBI and a run. For the Glaciers, Cam Whalen and Brannon Brungard each had a hit and one RBI. Nick Piersonte contributed a hit and a run.

Astro Falcons 3, Rudzik Excavating 2

Alex Cardona went the distance for the Falcons’ victory, giving up two runs (one earned) on seven hits while striking out 11. Cam Burton suffered the loss. Nick Guarnieri led the falcons with with two hits and three RBIs. John Milkos slugged two hits and scored a run while Vince Armeni and Travis Harvey each had a hit and a run. Tom Leskovac hit a RBI single and scored a run while Kole Klasic added a hit and scored a run.

Astro Falcons 12, Rudzik Excavating 8

Mikos and Dylan Gurski each had two hits as the Falcons swept the series. Alex Cardona had a double with two RBIs. For Rudzik, Klasic and Garrett Mihalick each had three hits.

Ohio Glaciers 8, Rizer Group 7, 8 innings

Nick Piersonte and Luke Evans had two hits each as Glaciers ties the best-of-three series. Sam Brooks had two hits and drove in the game-winning run. For Rizer, Braeden O’Shaughnessy, Brian Shevitz and Jaxon Anderson each had two hits.

Ohio Glaciers 11, Rizer Group 4

Hayden Gallagher with three hits including a double as Glaciers won the series. Mason Rose and Mike DeLucia had two hits apiece. For Rizer, Matt Senchak had two hits, including a double.
