Teen survivor camp planned

VILLA MARIA, PA.

Villa Maria Education and Spirituality Center, 2067 Evergreen Road, is offering Survivor: Teen Edition, a day camp focusing on outdoor survival skills, for 12- to 16-year-olds.

Sessions are scheduled from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. July 13 through 17 and 20 through 24. Participants may attend one or both weeks. Different skills will be developed each week. Participants will use these skills while exploring the woods, trails and other land of Villa Maria Community Center. An opportunity for swimming will be provided each day.

The cost is $45 for one week and $75 for both weeks. Lunch and a snack will be provided. Scholarships are available.
