Hubbard city police investigating car break-ins
HUBBARD — Police are investigating a string of car break-ins in the city that occurred overnight Tuesday.
A Westfield Avenue resident reported a pair of headphones, worth approximately $200, had been taken from his unlocked car between 1 and 5 a.m. Tuesday morning.
Another resident reported Tuesday morning someone had entered her unlocked car parked on Parish Avenue, but had taken only loose change. The resident said she knew her vehicle entered because someone had left her center console open. The Parish Avenue resident also reported that someone had broken into her daughter’s car overnight and taken about $5 in cash. The driver’s side window had been busted out, according to a police report.
