First Friday event

COLUMBIANA

The Columbiana Chamber of Commerce will host its First Friday event from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, featuring street vendors, extended hours for local merchants, music, a kids zone and more along South Main Street.

In conjunction with the event, the Chamber is hosting a pie-baking contest, “As American as Apple Pie.” Deliver fruit pies to the Chamber table at Grace Church, 140 S. Main St., from 6 to 6:30 p.m. Judging will be at 7. Prizes will be given for best amateur pie and best professional pie. Winners must be present to accept their award.
