Amanda Imperatore v Matthew Srnec

PITTSBURGH

Father Daniel Walsh officiated the 3 p.m. Sept. 20 exchange of vows between Amanda Marie Imperatore and Matthew Nicholas Srnec, both of Canonsburg, Pa. A reception followed at the Duquesne University Power Center Ballroom.

The groom’s sister, Sarah Pierre, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were the bride’s cousins Emily and Megan Smutney, Emily Erskine, Kristie Sirakos, Brenda Young and Becca Barnes. The groom’s niece, Avery Pierre, was flower girl.

Gavin Buckholtz performed the duties of best man. Groomsmen included the bride’s brothers, Josh and Tyler Imperatore; the groom’s brother-in-law, Josh Pierre; Zack Pattison; Riley Workman; and Jim Pasquine. Ring bearer was Preston Pierre, the groom’s nephew.

The bride is the daughter of Rick and Denise Imperatore of Canonsburg. Nicholas and Linda Srnec of Poland are parents the groom.

Mrs. Srnec earned a degree in accounting from Washington and Jefferson College. She is a senior accounting manager at Rice Energy in Canonsburg.

Mr. Srnec earned a degree in chemistry from Washington and Jefferson. He is a doctoral candidate at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh.
