YOUNGSTOWN — A man prosecutors say was one of the leaders of a theft ring based in Youngstown that operated across Northeast Ohio was sentenced to 4.5 years in prison this morning in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court.

Alvin Tucker, 28, was sentenced after pleading guilty to one count of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity and 12 counts of theft.
