Struthers baseball building destroyed

STRUTHERS

A pickup truck plowed through the main gate at the Struthers baseball league complex Tuesday, crashing into the building that houses the power supply and restrooms for the complex, reported Vindicator broadcast partner, 21 WFMJ-TV.

League President John Medvec told the station the structure was destroyed and must be rebuilt.

The Katherine Street facility is insured, but registration for the upcoming season may be delayed.
