Farmers National Banc Corp. announces merger with National Bancshares Corp.

CANFIELD — Farmers National Banc Corp., the parent company for The Farmers National Bank of Canfield, and National Bancshares Corp., the parent company for First National Bank of Orrville, announced today they will merge.

The transaction is valued at about $74 million.
