Youngstown Rotary plans centennial celebrations

YOUNGSTOWN
Rotary Club of Youngs-town has several events planned this year to celebrate its 100th anniversary.
The club will honor its legacy with the following events designed to showcase its history and take it into the next century. The public is welcome to participate.
Thursday: Rotary History Exhibit cocktail and hors d’oeuvres reception at the Tyler History Center, 325 W. Federal St., downtown from 5 to 7 p.m.
Friday: Rotary Centennial Luncheon at noon at the Tyler. Keynote speaker will be Ed Futa, former general secretary of Rotary International.
Saturday: Rotary Centennial Gala at 6 p.m. Youngstown Country Club, 1402 Country Club Drive, Liberty. This event is black tie.
