The Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber of Commerce will host an Economic Forecast Breakfast featuring banking professionals Feb. 5 at Mr. Anthony’s, 7440 South Ave.

The bankers will give updates on the economy and what’s to come in 2015.

Topics will include the international, national and regional economy; shale/energy; interest rates; the stock market; the mortgage industry; banking regulations; and the overall economic performance in 2014.

Registration and breakfast for the event start at 7:15 a.m. The program begins at 7:45 a.m.

The cost is $25 for chamber members and $35 for others.

HRG relocates office to better serve clients

Herbert, Rowland & Grubic Inc., a consulting civil- engineering firm, recently moved to 909-C Sahara Trail to better serve its growing Ohio client base and to provide a workplace that can accommodate growth.

HRG will offer water/wastewater, transportation, municipal, land development, environmental, surveying, oil and gas support and project financial services to public and private sector clients.

Originally founded in 1962, HRG is an employee-owned firm with office locations in Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania.

Builders association officers installed

YOUNGSTOWN

Officers for the Trumbull Division of the Builders Association of Eastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania were installed to one-year terms at the division’s January meeting.

They were sworn in by Judge Thomas Swift OF Trumbull County Probate Court.

Mark Zeidenstein of L. Calvin Jones & Co. will serve as the new president; Howard Agueda of Evets Oil & Gas Construction Services will serve as the new vice president; and Gary Casey of Warren Glass & Paint will serve as the new treasurer.

The builders association represents about 150 contractors and affiliated construction industry services members from Columbiana, Mahoning and Trumbull counties in Ohio and Lawrence and Mercer counties in Pennsylvania.

Planning session set for Salem groups

The Salem Area Chamber of Commerce will have a planning session for Salem clubs and organizations hosting events this year.

The session will take place at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at the Salem Community Center, 1098 N. Ellsworth Ave.
