Marchionda to speak at Kiwanis luncheon

The public is invited to lunch with the Downtown Kiwanis Club at noon Friday at the Downtown YMCA, where the speaker will be local developer Dominic C. Marchionda.

Marchionda is a Youngstown native and graduate of Cardinal Mooney High school and Mount Union College.

In partnership with Pan Brothers of New York City, Marchionda formed the NYO Property Group and is renovating the 13-story Wick Tower at 34 W. Federal St. into a 40-unit apartment complex. The is slated to open in fall 2015.
